CONSIDER
Are you running on obsolete software?
The way we lead has to evolve. It is like replacing the rigid, one-to-many model of Skype with the flexible integration of Zoom and Teams—but has our leadership model followed suit? A strictly centralized, top-down structure seems incompatible for the modern mission. Have we ever considered to move to a culture that prioritizes distributed power, agility, and collaboration?
Come discover a biblical model for modernization. This Sunday, we will look at the revolutionary co-creation between Ezra and Shekaniah and learn how to build a church where every voice is essential.
Worship with us this week and be part of building the present and the future, not just inheriting the past.

PRAY
Heavenly Father,
We come with open hands, praying for hearts ready to embrace change and new mindsets. May you create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me (Psalm 51:10). Show us where our familiar ways hinder your future purpose. Help us release the need for control, trusting instead that your mercies are new every morning; great is your faithfulness (Lamentations 3:23). May we continue to look forward to the new thing you are doing in our community, so your name be honored and gloried. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
