We are pleased to advise you that our church will join the Ministry of Health to have a one-day COVID-19 mobile vaccination clinic on our site. There will be a GO-VAXX mobile bus stationed at our east parking lot to provide pre-registered COVID-19 vaccination in our community. This is NOT a walk-in clinic and members and friends who want to get the COVID-19 vaccine shots are still required to call the Provincial Vaccine Contact center at 1-833-943-3900 for an appointment.

All individuals including church members, friends, family, and those in the community can book appointments at 8:00 am the day before the clinic date on the Ontario Covid 19 Portal https://covid-19.ontario.ca or by calling the Provincial Vaccine Contact Centre at 833-943-3900.
When you book your appointment, please use the SCBC postal code associated with the Scarborough Chinese Baptist Church ( which is Ontario M1V 4Y1 ) and request the GO-VAXX bus at SCBC, 3223 Kennedy Road or 255 Milliken Blvd. as your location.
