Passport To Purity Information Session

Serving the Homeless Out of the Cold Community
“November to March Out of the Cold” is an emergency program that provides homeless persons with a hot meal and a warm, safe place to sleep all across Toronto. SCBC is partnering with Blythwood Road Baptist Church to help run the program and we are looking for volunteers. This orientation will help you to understand why child safety is important in SCBC’s church ministry and how we can implement a child protection plan to increase safety. Upon the completion of ALL 3 classes, you will receive a certificate from Plan To Protect. 2020 Annual Church Meeting & 1st General Church Meeting
Our Annual Church Meeting (ACM) will take place from 1:15 pm to 2:45 pm. Members are encouraged to attend and participate in the 2020 ministry and budget discussion and approval. The ACM will be conducted in English, Cantonese and Mandarin in one sitting. Light lunch will be provided and activity packs will be distributed to the families with kids under Grade 6. Lunch box tickets will be available on February 9th & 16th in the Fellowship Court.
