In this ever-changing generation, it is simply not the same world as it was a few short decades ago. We need biblical fixed points to help us steer our lives in a meaningful manner. What we really want is something to grab, namely believable and reliable truth that makes sense for today’s generation, as well as instructions on how to live confidently in an aimless world. Based on Chuck Swindoll’s Strengthening Your Grip, each session of this course deals with a different essential that intends, if applied in a personal manner, to increase our confidence and ability under the threat of existential crises. As Heb. 13:8 says: “the same yesterday and today, yes and forever”, biblical life principles always remain the same, but it serves to strengthen our grip in this chaotic world.
