Jesus says, “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.” (John 15:5) The image of the vine and branch speaks of an intimate relationship we have with Jesus Christ and God the Father, the gardener. But what does it all mean to remain in Christ, be pruned, and bear much fruit?
