Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! (Phil 4:1) Paul was able to declare this regardless of circumstances, people, or things. His heart and mind were totally locked into God. Paul’s secret to victorious living was having the peace of God to guard him and the God of peace to guide him in life’s journey.
