The pastoral leadership team is taking intentional steps to listen to the English Ministry and have a better understanding of those in whom we serve. Over the course of the next year, we’ll be periodically asking for your feedback on a number of ministry areas.
To participate in the survey, we would ask that you:
- Are currently attending/participating in the English Ministry
- Have attended/participated the English Ministry for at least one year
We would kindly ask you to fill out this 1-MINUTE ANONYMOUS MULTIPLE CHOICE SURVEY by Friday, August 8 at the latest. The results will be shared with the English Ministry in the future. The survey is Intended to be answered individually. If you have multiple members in your family, please have each person fill out his/her own separate survey. We look forward to hearing from you!
