Final Approval of SCBC’s New By-law
We thank God for guiding us through amending our church’s Constitution & Bylaws to make it compliant with the new Ontario Non-Profit Corporation Act. We invite you to an Extraordinary Church Meeting (ECM) to approve the 3rd Reading of the new Bylaw, which will improve our governance structure and streamline our church operations. For the ECM, we need 25% of church membership (or 410 members) to attend the meeting by Zoom or by proxy to form a quorum. Please set aside time to attend this important meeting.
