讲员介绍

Dr. Michael Pare, M.D., MSc., M.Ed., RP.
Has degrees and /or credentials in psychology, neuroscience, education, and various forms of psychotherapy.
Michael works as a physician practitioner, leader, and educator in the field of medical psychotherapy (including teaching such topics as positive psychology, emotional resilience, and stress management, etc.)
Having previously been an atheist and skeptic, Michael eventually became skeptical of skepticism, and was led to consider Christianity and then the Holy Spirit influenced and inspired his belief and conviction. Currently Michael is pursuing his Master of Theological Studies at Tyndale University.

Dr. Annie Hum MD has worked as a community general practitioner for over 30 years. She enjoys the diversity of family medicine and works as the clinic director of a busy multidisciplinary center. With her direct yet discerning spirit, she seeks to communicate the love of Jesus whether it be in her medical practice or the women’s Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) where she serves as a substitute teaching leader. With her husband, Gordon Ko, they share the joy of four adult children and the responsibility of caring for aging parents and other ministry roles.
Dr. Gordon Ko MD has more than 30 years of medical specialty (Physiatry) practice. As the director of a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation practice he enjoys the constant search for new and innovative ways for the treatment of chronic pain and fatigue. While his university teaching (Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre) and medical association leadership roles impact the health delivery system, his life purpose is to teach, preach, and heal as Jesus did. He applies this in all aspects of life including regular speaking through the OMA Speaker’s Bureau for various churches and community groups.
