Are you curious about the questions young people in churches are asking about mental health challenges and faith ? Do you feel prepared to support these important conversations? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Join us as we learn, share and grow together. There are nine sessions which cover themes on mental health and mental illness, theology of mental health, emotions, stigma, recovery, friendship and self-care. This course is for anyone who is 18 or above.
