It is like replacing the rigid, one-to-many model of Skype with the flexible integration of Zoom and Teams\u2014but has our leadership model followed suit? A strictly centralized, top-down structure seems incompatible for the modern mission. Have we ever considered to move to a culture that prioritizes&nbsp;distributed power, agility, and collaboration?<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px; text-align: left;\">Come discover a biblical model for modernization. Help us release the need for control, trusting instead that your mercies are new every morning; great is your faithfulness (Lamentations 3:23).
