The covid pandemic has been upon us for almost 11 months and our lives have been drastically changed. As a church family, we are facing unprecedented challenges as we try to carry on in fulfilling our calls, our roles and the duties that God has entrusted in us.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We would like to invite all leaders serving in SCBC to come together for a zoom Leadership Conference –\u00a0 \u201cWalking Together in Unstable Times\u201d on Saturday, February 6, 2021, 10:00 am to 12:00 noon.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The 2-hour gathering will be in a retreat format, opening with a theme devotion given by Pastor Rev. Derek Li, followed by a time of personal sharing intertwined with Scripture Readings and corporate prayers. You will also hear from leaders of different ministry areas as well as pastors from different congregations sharing their personal experiences and struggles in trying to keep up with doing ministry during covid. Sharings will be brief, but will lead us through the different challenges and facets of church life including caring, outreach\/evangelism, worship, Christian Life\/Sunday School ministries and draw us all to unite our hearts to pray for our church.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
