  1. The 2021 ACM and 1st GCM will be held on Zoom platform. You need to pre-register in order to attend the meetings. Please pre-register NO LATER THAN February 26, 2021.<\/li>\n
  2. Use the link on the church\u2019s website to register ( https:\/\/zoom.us\/meeting\/register\/tJ0kc-quqDwrGNcwM2J9Nb-hnYsyLuQHouSk<\/a> ). After clicking on the link, a Meeting Registration form will appear, as follows –\"\"<\/li>\n
  3. Please note that the fields – First name, Last name, email address and \u2018Are you a SCBC member?\u2019 – are mandatory for registration.<\/li>\n
  4. A unique and valid email address is required. (i.e. one email address for each registrant.) (Therefore, different members from the same family should register with their individual email addresses. If the whole family uses one device to join the meeting, only one member can cast the vote (polling) through the device. Different members from the family will need to join with their own device in order to vote individually. If only one device is available, we recommend the rest of the family members use proxy to vote.)<\/li>\n
  5. Make sure the email address is correct.<\/li>\n
  6. Make sure to use the same email address which is associated with your Zoom account (if any)<\/li>\n
  7. For multiple registrations using the same email address, only the last registration (name and email address) is recognized. Former registration will be over-written by the latter one. (e.g. if 2 different names register with the same email address, only the name of the last registration is used. The registration of the previous one will be removed though confirmation emails are sent to both registrations as they are sent by Zoom once the registration is completed.)<\/li>\n
  8. After submitting the registration successfully, an email of confirmation with the meeting link, Meeting ID and Passcode will be sent to the email address you provide. Please do not share this info with others. It is your personal link to the meeting. Entries will be rejected if the \u2018owner\u2019 of the link is in the meeting.<\/li>\n
  9. Use the meeting link to join the meeting or use the meeting ID and password to join if you sign in Zoom with the submitted email address.<\/li>\n
  10. If you do not have a device to join the Zoom meeting, you can still call the church office (416-297-8011) no later than February 27, 2021 so that the church can register you and provide you a phone number and information to call in and listen to the meeting proceedings.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
