Nursery The very first exposure to Children's ministry for a child begins at the babies and toddlers level. Nursery is available on Sundays at all the adult service times. SCBC would like to capitalize on the unique opportunities for reaching and teaching children at the age of infancy and toddler-hood. There are no other period in one's life is as vital as the very first two years. An educator has quoted saying, this "If the sensitive years are ignored, they pass like dropped stitches, never to be picked up during the rest of a child's life." So our nursery ministry will never settle as merely a babysitting service. It covers 3 facets: home visitation, providing care and simple teaching for infants and toddlers and sourcing out spiritual resources for parents.
