Technical Operations Team (Telecommunications, Audio, Video, Data Network, Wireless Network, Security)
This team focuses 1) to cost effectively utilize technology, to support operations and promote SCBC ministries to the next level of excellence and
2) to allow technically oriented people to experience a sense of accomplishment, when serving God, through their areas of expertise.
There is currently 40 Audio Visual members composed of both make and female members from all three congregations.

"When it comes to the topic of "ministry", one often thinks of requiring "people" skills rather than "technical" skills. And so, when I dedicated
my life to God, I had always wondered how God would use my technical inclinations to serve Him. As I look back, I recognize that my previous years
of accumulated technical experience was put there by God to prepare me to serve Him "technically" in the new SCBC project.
When serving in the technical areas, there was a lot of learning involved; a lot of personal sacrifices; and a lot of technical problems to solve.
But, at the end when I saw how all the pieces fitted together and how ministries and worship experiences were enhanced by the various technologies;
it all became clear to me how God could also use a technical person as His servant.
And so, just like how some are musically talented and are serving God in the choir; or how some are gifted in teaching and are serving in the
Sunday School; I would encourage people that are technically skilled to serve in the SCBC Technical Operations Team. It is a team that has
high demands and tough challenges, but along the way, there is a great sense of accomplishment for God."
