I was born and raised in the Philippines. I have been married to Sandra for 19 years and have two teen-age boys – Ezra John ("EJ") and Timothy.

• Drs. Larry Crabb and Eugene Peterson – their books, articles and speeches have shaped my calling for pastoral ministry with emphasis on Spiritual Direction, Community and Soul Care
